    1. I know, right? Poopeye? They couldn't be any more creative?

And, okay, pennies may be 'lucky' but they just weigh down my purse and I find them all over my house. I hate counting them.

    1. Learned about the petroleum in HS - made me nervous about putting lipstick and gloss on my lips. Now I wear only rarely.

And I'm wondering about the eyebrows on the doppelganger. Very interesting that it would have those included.

  7. Really? Only twenty a day? I guess that surprises me. Seems like it would be more, especially in recent economically challenged years.

    1. I thought that was low, but I was more surprised by the low amount of the average take.

  13. I think most of us are jumping on the meaning of "jiffy" - but doesn't it give so much more meaning to "I'll be there in a jiffy"? LOL!

Fun facts - thanks for sharing them!

  14. Very interesting facts! I was surprised by Popeye's nephews and that jiffy is an actual thing. A Googol is a large number and I'm guessing that was what google was named for. http://looseleafnotes.com

  15. Hmm, maybe banks are less likely to hunt you down for taking a small amount? I don't know. It doesn't sound worth the risk at all.

It's also insulting to tip in Japan. The travel books recommend you give mints or candy or something instead.
