You may have seen this on a couple of other blogs already, but I wanted to mention this awesome contest here!
YAtopia is about to host one kickass NEW ADULT pitch contest
with Agent Sara Megibow from the Nelson Literary Agency and Heather Howland
from Entangled Publishing.
The event will be taking place on
the YAtopia blog (click link to read all about it) on July 10. It will
last all day, but they’re only taking the first 100 pitches, so if you want to
enter, you’ll have to jump on it early in the day.
But, here’s the nifty part and why I’m
posting this:
My group blog NA Alley and New Adult author Lynn Rush
will be critiquing and offering suggestions on pitches during a special
pre-pitch session hosted over at NA Alley next week! This is an awesome opportunity for you New Adult authors to get your pitches looked at
and really polish them up before making your final pitches to Sara and
Heather.
Either way, this is just further proof that NA IS HAPPENING! Woot!

This is so awesome!! I wish I had something to pitch lol!
ReplyDeleteI know, it's so exciting!
DeleteI'm so in for this, even if it means I have to get up at five a.m (being from the UK and dealing with time differences). You can expect to see my pitch for the pre-pitch critique session too!
